POLICIES AT CAKES BY KRIS

Things You Need to Know

At Cakes By Kris, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Read about them below, and contact us with questions.

Once you have received a quote from me, you have 2 business days to respond to and pay the balance or the order will be cancelled. You will receive a confirmation of payment from me by the following Tuesday of your payment. If you have not received confirmation from me I DO NOT have you on my calendar. 

Acceptable payments are cash (brought to me prior to event date), Zelle (preferred), and Venmo (for now). Custom cake orders have a minimum $135 purchase. 

You will be sent a confirmation of payment with all pickup info including address and pickup times. Please contact me if these times do not work, however there is no guarantee I can be available outside this window. Please be on time for pickups and let me know if you are running late. 

Once you have picked up your cake- it is your responsibility to transport it safely to its destination. Please keep it flat on the floorboard of your car with the AC blasting, especially on those hotter days. Please keep all cupcakes and ESPECIALLY cakes in the fridge. Cakes can sit out about an hour before they lose their integrity of structure. 


I reserve the right to freedom of discretion in all of my work. I will take aspects of your direction and inspiration, but the final product is always based off my best judgment as an artist.

Refunds are not given once the balance is paid.
